Optimari's founders came from logistics and transport work across eastern Sabah. That background means the team understands how vehicles perform across the full range of road conditions in the region — federal highways, secondary roads, and coastal routes alike.

This isn't experience imported from outside. It's knowledge gathered by spending years driving and managing vehicles in Sabah specifically, which is why our route reviews and fuel guidance are grounded in conditions customers will actually encounter.

Each rental follows the same structured sequence: enquiry, confirmation, vehicle check, pickup briefing, active rental, and return. At each stage you know what to expect, and what we expect from you.

For longer plans, the process includes additional touchpoints — a route review at pickup and, for weeklong renters, a mid-week consumption check. These aren't formalities. They're how we keep the guidance relevant across the duration of the rental.

Optimari handles all customer contact directly. When you call or message, you reach a member of the team who knows your arrangement. There's no call centre, no automated chat, and no upsell routine at the desk.

Handovers are given adequate time. The briefing isn't rushed. If you have questions about the vehicle or the route, we address them before you leave.

Each of Optimari's three plans has a fixed price that includes the vehicle and the support materials. The day plan at RM 540, the three-day plan at RM 1,800, and the weeklong plan at RM 4,200 — these are the full amounts, not starting points for negotiation or addition.

That straightforwardness has a practical effect: you can plan your trip budget around a known cost rather than an estimate subject to revision at collection.
