The day plan uses a lower-emissions compact suitable for city and nearby road use. The three-day plan uses a mid-size vehicle comfortable for inter-state journeys. The weeklong plan uses a touring-class vehicle with greater range capacity. All three are selected based on their fuel efficiency ratings.
It covers practical driving habits relevant to Malaysian road conditions — things like optimal speed ranges on federal roads, suggestions for timing travel to avoid heavy traffic, and notes on how to get the most from the specific vehicle you've rented. It's a single printed sheet, clear and to the point.
The route review in our three-day and weeklong plans is based on common Sabah travel corridors. If you share your intended destinations when you enquire, the review will reflect those routes more closely. We can't build a fully custom itinerary, but we can orient the guidance toward where you're actually going.
Around the midpoint of your rental period, we'll connect by phone or message to note your approximate mileage and any observations you want to flag. It's brief — usually under ten minutes. The aim is simply to check in, not to supervise. The information feeds into the end-of-rental summary.
Payment and deposit arrangements are confirmed during the enquiry process. Prices are as listed: RM 540 for the day plan, RM 1,800 for the three-day plan, and RM 4,200 for the weeklong plan. Any additional conditions will be communicated clearly before you commit to anything.
A valid Malaysian driving licence is required for all rental arrangements. International visitors holding a valid international driving permit alongside their national licence may also be eligible — please raise this when you enquire so we can advise accordingly.
